Medical Coverage

OMNI Technologies offers a comprehensive medical coverage plan. Prescription drugs, doctor’s visits, hospitalization, surgery and mental health care are covered. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits on their date of hire. Employees may also enroll legal spouses and dependent children up to the age of 26, regardless of student or marital status.

  • Members have access to a national network of general healthcare doctors and specialist
  • You are not required to select a Primary Care Physician (PCP).
  • Members do not require referrals to see specialists.

Dental Coverage

OMNI Technologies pays 100% of the Dental coverage plan.  The plan includes basic needs such as annual check-ups, cleaning and more extensive treatment including orthodontia. Two unique benefits provided to you at no additional cost include Guardian’s Dental Maximum Rollover and College Tuition Benefits Rewards.

Vision Coverage

OMNI Technologies pays 100% of the Vision coverage plan.  The plan provides coverage for a wide range of vision care services, including routine examinations, lenses, frames and contact lenses.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement

OMNI funds 100% of employee’s out-of-pocket maximum through our Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). All employees who participate in OMNI’s medical plan will be enrolled in a HRA as an added benefit.

Health Savings Account

A Health Savings Account allows you to put money into an account to save for future medical expenses. With this option, employees would be responsible to pay $1,350 as an individual or $2,700 as a family towards your medical deductible. Once the deductible is satisfied, employees are eligible to receive reimbursements from OMNI’s HRA.

Flexible Spending Account

A Flexible Spending Account helps you pay for eligible health care expenses such as deductibles, co-payments, and services that you or your spouse’s medical, dental, and vision care plans do not cover or cover only in part. Through payroll deductions, you can elect up to $2,600 out-of-pocket healthcare expenses related to medical, dental, or vision care.

Currently offered in most states, the Transportation Benefit provides savings on commuting expenses through pre-tax payroll deductions. Only OMNI Technologies commuting expenses are eligible including mass transit costs, vanpool expenses and parking.

Dependent Care Reimbursement Account

A Dependent Care Reimbursement Account helps you pay for eligible dependent care expenses using pre-tax dollars. Examples of eligible expenses include most forms of child care up to the age of 13, as well as certain forms of adult care. Through payroll deductions you can set aside up to $5,000 per year if married, and $2,500 per year if single, on a pre-tax basis. This can be used toward eligible daycare expenses for children age 12 and under or for adult daycare expenses for disabled spouse or IRS tax dependent.


Employees that participate in the OMNI medical plan will automatically be enrolled into the Telemedicine plan. Participants are able to communicate with a licensed doctor by web, phone or mobile app in under 10 minutes.

Community Outreach Program

Employees that contribute 40 (or more) hours a year to OMNI Community Outreach events receive a bonus.

Education Assistance and Continuing Education Program

OMNI Technologies has established an educational assistance and continuing education program. Recognizing the mutual benefits derived from personal growth and increased work competence, the company will reimburse approved financial expenses to employees who further their formal education. Upon successful completion of each approved course, program participants can request reimbursement up to $5,000.00 per calendar year.
